Dylan Mulvaney, a transgender influencer, was spotted on the runway at New York Fashion Week on Wednesday.
A 26-year-old transgender influencer named Dylan Mulvaney walked the runway for The Blonds Spring-Summer 2024 fashion show on Wednesday night as part of New York Fashion Week.
The contentious social media personality was spotted at the occasion walking the catwalk for David and Phillipe Blond’s most recent fashion designs while wearing a semi-transparent, sparkly, light-blue dress.
The model wore a black tank top, black leather shorts, and silver shoes down the runway.
Celebrities including model Dominique Jackson and renowned hairstylist Jonathan Van Ness were also spotted socializing with Dylan after the concert and posing for photos with him.
Dylan announced her wish to feature in a beer commercial during the Super Bowl just one day prior to her spectacular appearance at Fashion Week.
Dylan recently admitted in an interview with The Cut that she would enjoy appearing in another beer commercial, making reference to her infamous collaboration with Bud Light from a few months ago.
“Perhaps it’d be epic,” If I ever got to do a beer commercial for a Super Bowl in, like, ten years,” said Dylan.
A “huge wake-up call” regarding the realities of being a trans woman celebrity, she continued, came as a result of the blowback from the Bud Light advertisement.
“Last year, transgender seniors probably said, “Bitch.” Much work remains. They may have anticipated what has occurred to me over the past few months, she continued.
In a March Madness competition, Dylan had teamed up with the beer company Anheuser-Busch, which received a lot of backlash, suffered a loss of more than $27 billion, and became the subject of the infamous cancel culture.
At the Streamy Awards in August, where Dylan recently earned the Breakout Creator award, she called for support for the citizens of her community.
